Negative Side Effects of Resveratrol

Reason for many negative Resveratrol side effects is consumption of Resveratrol in lesser dosage or the intake exceeds the normal level. We recommend starting moderate dosage that should be between 20mg to 50 mg and increase this gradually, stay below 500 mg dose, and do consider your own body size and health conditions.

Lot of research has been done on negative side effects of Resveratrol, very few cases has been came into observation for example:

Resveratrol does have mild estrogenic activity so we cannot recommend for women during their nursing or pregnancy period due to possible anti-growth side effects.

Resveratrol acts as a blood thinner so it is not recommended for people who are already taking blood thinning medicines.

Using Resveratrol from cheap vendors may result in unhealthy conditions like diarrhea, abnormal blood tests, over thinning of the blood, headaches, and anxiety. But don’t worry these results are normally reversible.

Drinking red wine too much to gain maximum level of Resveratrol will result in negative effects and cause some serious harm.

Resveratrol has been in use since long and it is listed safe when taken properly and as far as negative side effects are concerned, you can avoid them by taking proper dosage from good vendors and after seeking the right advice from right person.
